Many Property Managers use our services by easily issuing work
orders via fax and e-mail, this provides a mechanism for us, the
manager and the association to track both pending and completed
repairs. Confidence that the work will be done in a timely
fashion is of the utmost importance.
After serving many of these communities, we establish a
relationship with not only the Property Manager, but with the
homeowners as well. Reliable service and communication assures
the manager and homeowner that the work will be addressed.
These services can be contracted through an as needed basis,
based on an hourly rate or a customized maintenance program.
Nemath Construction has the ability to accurately maintain your
properties with maintenance and repairs and can handle your
large projects as well.
Our trucks are equipped with cell phones for continuous
communication. While servicing your area we can customize your
last minute needs. Our staff is available from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
by
